SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers in the United Kingdom.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Because we work with international suppliers, estimated delivery times are between 7–12 business days after dispatch. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to customs inspections, courier delays, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to external factors beyond our control such as customs clearance, postal delays, or courier issues.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee redelivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Cancellation Period (UK Consumer Rights)
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • A proof of purchase must be provided

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions on how to return the product.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or final sale conditions.
